Hey everyone! I’m Sabrina Gray, and I’m so glad to be here. I’m a pastor at a church, a pastor to the beauty industry, a salon owner, and a soon-to-be podcast host! Also a speaker.I currently live in Seattle, but I’m originally from Texas. What I’m Working On: 1. Scaling My Salon, The Curl Garden Studio I’ve owned my salon for seven years, and while it’s been an amazing journey, I know I need stronger systems and structures to take it to the next level. I want it to run more efficiently so I can focus on education and creating an even greater impact in the beauty industry. 2. Launching My Podcast, Worthy Her My podcast launches on December 17th, and I am so excited! Worthy Her is more than a podcast; it’s a space for women to understand their value and identity in God. It’s for multifaceted women who don’t believe they have to choose between the many roles and gifts God has given them. It’s all about freedom and walking in who God called us to be. 3. Building Two Communities • Worthy Her Community: This is tied to my podcast and is a safe space for women to discover their worth in God, embrace their multifaceted nature, and grow spiritually, personally, and professionally. • It’s Deeper Than Beauty Community: This one is for Christian women in the beauty industry. I want to create a space for mentorship, coaching, and spiritual leadership where faith and business intersect. What I Need Help With: Systems. Period. I’ve always been great at dreaming big and getting the vision out, but I struggle when it comes to moving from the idea stage to actually making it happen. Whether it’s organizing workflows, structuring communities, or scaling my salon, I need guidance on building systems that make my ideas sustainable and actionable.
