Sup ya'll ! I'm Ryan. I've thrown my low back out every year since 2010 - full jabroni stat. Now, sometimes a little tweak while I'm working or doing sports and BOOM some of the discs in my low back just go off and I'm laid up with ice for 2-3 days. I've been doing Foundation Training and yoga daily to restructure my posture and loosen up. But I really need to release the tension down there. I think my lumber is all tight to compensate for the pain or to try and prevent it, but when I'm loose-lumbar actually my back feels better.
