Morning everyone, If you're feeling overwhelmed by all the information on Tyson's courses in the beginning (which is normal) try this method of actively studying to take in as much information as possible. 1- Minimize distractions: this means phone on DND, no music, and a peaceful environment. 2- Take notes: Have a notebook in front of you, take down key points from each chapter in your OWN words, at the end of each chapter write down how you understand each point you've jotted down. This helps retain the information. 3- Stop and Think: If you come to a section that you don't quite understand, pause and rewatch that section, taking step 2 into account. 4- Engage: The community and comments are a great way to get feedback on any subject you may be confused on. Use them, they're here for a reason. Finally; Review all the content youve wrote down and summarize. This is the best way I find to actively study.
