Decisions! Whats my next 360 CAM?
My Theta Z1 finally broke after 4 years. I have been looking at the Insta360 RS 1". I have a really good workflow for the Theta with the dual fisheye plugin. So I am wondering if I should change over to Insta360 1"

Get that residual!
What are some tips or approaches for selling the monthly hosting fee? How do you frame it? The one-time creation fee makes great sense. But I also want to sell the monthly fee without it seeming gimmicky.

This is something that you should be getting paid for. I don't think it's gimmicky at all. If you want you website to be public you pay a fee. This would be no different for a tour. The fee should be in the proposal with both annual and monthly amounts respectively. Unless your doing a store front and publishing to GSV then a have them pay a one time hosting fee.

Has anyone been successful in selling the software to dealerships?
In my opinion, I see a great future in 360 spins. I have never been a fan of companies only using photos when selling cars for example, 360 spins gives you the option to view the car at the angle you want. These tours of cars, boats, trailers, tractors, etc. give potential customers a great perspective of what the vehicle looks like as if they are standing in front of it. I see 360 spins helping dealerships in many ways. First, of course, it allows potential customers to view the car they are interested in before even heading to the dealership. Second, they get an idea of what the car looks like which helps them in many decision-making processes. Third, with the added information (mileage, year, and additional detail)in the tour, drastically cuts down on the time spent viewing a car online, saving plenty of time when browsing cars. Fourth, not only does it save the customer's time but the dealership's time too, car salesmen spend hours a month just giving people tours of cars only for them not to be interested in the ones shown. If people show up to the dealership already sure and confident that they want a tour of a few cars they already looked at online. Time and effort are saved on both ends and greatly increase the chances of a sale. Fifth, people can view cars that have either not been restocked yet or new cars being imported soon. Already increasing the demand for the car and increasing sales. Lastly, it greatly expands the market the dealership can reach out to, tapping into markets that have no more cars locally. People in need of a car out of state or province can tour a car, be confident that they want it, and make the drive out to buy it. There are far too many benefits to list but these sure are the most obvious. I have a few questions for those who have been working on selling the software to dealerships. Now, I have yet to try selling 360 spins to dealerships myself, but I am curious as to whether anyone has tried and been denied. What did they say that they did not like or were they not interested in it? Did they have any opinions on how they would like it improved? What sort of questions do they tend to ask about it? Have you gone back to try again? Was it what they were selling or the location that did not pair well with 360 spins (large vehicles, small spaces, not willing to move vehicles)?

This has also been on my mind as well. Great question.
How to price automotive spins?
I am having some trouble to find the best price for this. I already have 3 different prices (basic, standard and premium) and I just get paid when they sell the car. Someone have a good pricing structure for this? 🙏 or any idea?

I would assume something like $25 per car or truck. I'm just guessing here.
