Good question. It all comes down to your lymphatic system abillity to drain waste. Normally it can drain waste and you get normal waste management. But if you have an allergy, then it all depends of the how much waste your lymphatic system can drain. My techniques teaches you how to drain the nodes and the smallest passages so you get maximum fluid flow. Or waste drainage. I hope that answered a litle bit.

Sore throat tutorial
Sore throat drainage tutorial. In this video I show you how to locate the lymph node that should regulate the fluid flow to your throat. If its swollen and you have a flu, the node could block the natural drainage. By draining the node, it gets smaller. And you could get almost instant results, but sometime it could take longer to drain. I use these techniques on my clients with sore throat problems but also of they have stiff neck.
