Good morning brother. Glad you got that time with your daughter. Work, side hustles, etc will always be around. Your time with her won’t. Once that empty nest hits, it’s a whole new world. Proud of you for your priorities. I’ve been wiped out for weeks with a wicked illness. When a podcaster loses his voice… lol… out of business. But I’m on the mend and grateful for the blessings I have. I’m working on expanding my business again finally, but most importantly, I’m working harder in my overall health than ever. Kicked coffee out of my life. One tea in early AM and that’s it. Organic, grass-fed diet. Got back to working out but changed everything. Flexibility, movement, functional strength, boom! A complete change from the old body building routine. Brutal but so very needed. I’ve been inspired by you swinging the hammer for a long time brother. Thank you for staying the course.
