Hey what's good brothers! From NY just recently moved to Florida. Married with 3 kids all boys and just turned 42 by the grace of God. Goals is to get healthier lower my blood sugar and cholesterol I'm pre diabetic so goal is to reverse that. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. Born catholic but was saved 5yrs ago and Baptised right before covid. Looking for motivation and consistency.
