Born Ready—Or So I Thought
You know, when I was born, I was like any other kid—full of life and energy, completely unaware of what life was about to throw my way. But things changed. I wasn’t that lucky, carefree kid for long. I found myself undergoing surgeries—dangerous ones. The kind where you're not sure if you're coming back from the operating table. Picture this: while other kids were playing soccer or chasing their dreams, I was in a hospital bed, unsure if I was going to make it. But even then, something inside me decided I wasn’t just going to fight to survive. I was going to fight to become something more. My best self. And that’s where everything started for me.

You don't have to be the strongest or the bravest Santi. But the one who has the greatest capacity for resilience. And desire to get ahead in life's challenges
The Lonely Road
After surviving all that, I thought I'd seen it all. But then life showed me another kind of challenge: Isolation. Sent to NY, London, Boston, Canada… the places were beautiful, but I was alone. I mean, physically, I was surrounded by people—but none of them were chasing what I was. I wore masks, blending in, but it never felt real. No one around me was talking about being extraordinary, about building something remarkable. That’s when I realized: No one’s coming to save you. You either save yourself or you stay stuck. So, I got to work.

The path that life gives us Emi is not always the simplest, but it is the most perfect. Because it is what we require to evolve at that moment.
Let's talk for a minute.
I've been thinking a lot about what it means to be a man in today's world. It's not easy. We're bombarded with so much noise and so many distractions. Sometimes, it feels like we're losing touch with what matters. That's why I started Higher Man. Not because I have all the answers, but because I'm on this journey too, I thought, "Why not do this together?" Here's the deal: We're going to start with a 21-day challenge: no social media, no processed junk, no mindless scrolling. Just us getting back to basics. It's gonna be tough, I'm not gonna lie. But man, what clarity do you get on the other side? It's worth it. From there, we'll work on building ourselves up. Not just physically, though that's part of it. We're talking mind, body, and spirit. Becoming the kind of men who make an impact, who live with purpose. This isn't about becoming some perfect, ideal version of yourself. It's about becoming more authentically you, stripping away all the BS, and rediscovering what makes you tick. Will everyone get it? Nah. And that's okay. This isn't for everyone. But for those of you feeling that itch, that sense that you're meant for more? This might be precisely what you're looking for. So, what do you say? Are you ready to step up, to challenge yourself, to become a higher man? It won't be easy, but I promise you, it'll be one hell of a ride. If you're in, let's do this. If you're not sure, stick around anyway. You might surprise yourself. Here's to becoming better together. Catch you on the flip side, Del Palacio

Who I am and what I do do not define me as an individual. But I do have the opportunity to be the best version of myself in every moment of my life.
