Why do you grow food?
For me it was all about the taste. Why do you grow your own food? Here is a study that looked at nutrient loss from UC Davis.

Dang, I hadn't thought about the taste, but that chart is compelling! We started it mostly as a way to save money, and change our eating habits. You get more motivated to eat the right food when you've put the effort into growing it!
If you need help leveling up, this is for you
I just finished up a step by step guide to help you get to level 3 and unlock those first modules. Once you do that leveling up from there is just rinse and repeat. https://www.skool.com/grow-anything-with-living-soil/classroom/1ad6a3d4?md=e7e7992e52584fa387b0bfdca5d2877f

Do you have perennials?
Perennials are this plants that come back year after year. You put them in the ground once and then they continue to produce for you. What are your favorite perennials? https://www.thecooldown.com/green-home/backyard-harvest-plants-garden-food/

@Kc Kaleo Totally fair-- our microgreens tend to work harder to push through the vermiculite, but it creates for a great germinating process. So it's kindof a two edge sword that way

@Dennis Wichter definitely! I think the idea of reusing scraps and using clever gardening "hacks" is fascinating though! always fun to think of affordable ways to use everyday resources!
