Hello The side panel that shows online users and their profile photos was frozen and has been for several weeks, it doesn't show users who are actually online and I think that can give the perception that the community is not being used. Has it happened to anyone? How did they solve it? Thank you

In the event that someone enters my community when there is a current subscription (99/month) and there is subsequently a change in the price (199/month), will the user recurrently pay the price in force at the time of their subscription? What will happen to the 99/month subscriber when the price increases?

Hi I think it would be very useful if discount codes could be issued on subscriptions for new users in the communities or referrals.

I have 153 users in my community who entered for free, however, my community will now have a cost but I cannot find the option to start charging those users. How do I convert those 153 free users to paying subscription users? Any option?
