Putting Portfolio Together Question
Would anyone be able to share some suggestions on the best way to put portfolio together. Regular zip file or a site?

Great question about building your portfolio! Going digital is the way to go. Consider using a site like Adobe Portfolio, Squarespace, or Wix. These platforms are user-friendly and offer sleek, professional designs that really make your work stand out. Plus, they're easily shareable with just a link - much more convenient than a zip file.

@Jessica Marmol You're absolutely right. With Wix, there's no need for your files to be downloadable. You can simply upload your images directly to your Wix portfolio. This way, anyone visiting your site can view your work seamlessly without having to download anything. It keeps the experience smooth and professional for anyone checking out your portfolio. Great job creating your portfolio!

@Lanson Hoopai I would say your posing and background/lighting could be improved. As for the friend requests I am not sure but even if they are bots it won’t hurt to have more friends/followers on your MM
How To Not See Results
Hey everyone! Did you know? The biggest dream killer is not failure, it is inaction. When we sit still, our dreams just remain dreams. But when we act, they start becoming real. It is not about big leaps – even small steps count. Remember, every model you admire once took that first step. It might have been scary and, but they did it. And now, it is your turn. Start creating your portfolio, send that email, and if you have not already check out the free resources under the classroom tab. Do not let inaction be the end of your story. Share the next steps you need to take in the comments below 👇

Is there a chance?
I'm fourteen years old from Slovakia and on self-improvement. Is there chance I can start making money like model on one or two years of training from now?

Absolutely, there's a chance for you! At 14, you're at a great age to start your journey into modeling. The key is to focus on self-improvement and learning about the industry. Here's a little plan to help you get started: 1. Research and Learn: Start by understanding the modeling industry. Look up different types of modeling and see which ones you might be interested in. Fashion, commercial, fitness, there are so many avenues! If you have not already checkout the free resources under the classroom tab. 2. Develop Your Skills: Work on your posture, expressions, and walking. These are essential skills for a model. YouTube has lots of tutorials you can learn from. We will be posting some videos related to these topics soon. 3. Build Your Portfolio: You don't need expensive shoots. Start by getting a family member or friend to take clear, well-lit photos of you. Show your versatility with different outfits and locations. 4. Stay Fit and Healthy: As a model, your body and face are your tools, so take good care of them. Eat healthily, stay active, and keep your skin clear. 5. Connect Locally: Look for modeling agencies in Slovakia or nearby countries. Each agency has its requirements, so check their websites and follow their submission guidelines. 6. Consider Online Platforms: Sites like Model Mayhem or Instagram can be great places to showcase your work and connect with photographers and agencies. 7. Stay Educated and Safe: Always research an agency or photographer before working with them. Never go alone to a photoshoot, especially at your age. Remember, success in modeling doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and persistence. But if you're passionate and committed, you can definitely become a model and start making money in a year, maybe less. Keep believing in yourself and take small steps each day towards your goal. Hope this helped

@Stephanie Garcia digital portfolios works great because they are easy to share and you can create one easily with platforms like adobe portfolio or squarespace. I recommend starting out you create a digital portfolio first.
