WHALE HUNTING (big letters for a big hunt)
When I first joined Redwood, I listened to Bill Hall numerous times talking about "whale hunting". It took a while to sink in and for me to add such prospecting to my daily activities but I did. I can tell you today that I've been discussing "fund raising" for a college and parish church with Darren Sugiyama and, on my end, it's getting very interesting. The college Bolard member said it "very intriguing". Darren is a delight to work with and is very responsive. Still have a ways to go but I believe it's worth the effort.

I have a ways to go to get there but I would eventually like to be a coach and help those I can. It's what I've done for most of my insurance career.

IUL's are fascinating instruments under the right circumstances but I think both products, IUL's and WL have there place in the planning arena. Sometimes it's as simple as needing the insurance coverage more than cash accumulation --or vice versa. Like all of the other products we have at our disposal, it depends on the client's needs/desires.
