Mixed berry smoothie with collagen, protein powder and flaxseed at 6:40 am, then two pomeracs at 7:30

Cranberries- 1/8 cup Dates- 5 Mixed nuts (cashew, peanuts, almonds), split peas, with cocoa nibs, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and granola. I mixed it myself and added the dates and cranberries in 1/4 cup
