Health win for the week....I tried mushrooms and I didn't hate them. It's incredible to me the things I have implemented into my diet for health reasons. Things I NEVER thought I would include in my diet. 🩷 Struggled with getting in as much exercise as I wanted to due to a sick 5 year old needing some extra loving. But that's ok, I'll take all of the snuggles I can get. One day he'll be 15 and snuggles from mom will be gross 🥴

My focus this week is positivity! I tend to be a glass half empty type of person and I want to change that. The negative thoughts/fear/worry will no longer consume me. 💪🏻
