The Power of Mantra
I just did the activation mantra in the elemental wisdom course and woh! That was powerful! I got chills all over my body. I am curious about how others experienced this, if anyone wants to share. 🙂

I have went back a few times to do the activation mantra and kundalini exercise. It is pretty powerful to feel to changes for sure. I used my tuning forks in each chakra before and after to check to "feel" of the chakras...before the exercise the words I would use to describe my chakras were choppy, small or quiet vibration, muffled and not connecting. After the exercise...vibrant vibrations that are smooth and even, connected from head to toe. It is validating to be able to feel the vibration changes of the forks so dramatically. What are some of the changes you felt Anastasia?

Newest little Astro-baby!
Say hello to my son, Luca Bernard! He was born on 12/12/2024 (talk about synchronicities 😍😍😍)! I already looked at his birth chart and he’s a Leo rising, Sag sun, and Taurus moon. I cannot get over how perfect he is and how his birth chart just screams little feisty weirdo adventurer 🥹 I cannot wait to see how his little personality blooms!

My mars is in Leo, I have noticed that my tone has been spicier lately. I have felt the depletion of energy. I am recovering by doing the things I love, like getting in nature, playing my singing bowls, stretching, meditating and forgiving, both giving and asking. Keep going beautiful souls, we go this!
