Feature requests
Is there a place we can go to request features for cloudpano? One thing I have seen other providers have is a vision cone on the floorplans. Here is an example: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2380-Catamaran-Dr-Reno-NV-89519/7300771_zpid/ I think that the vision cone would help users not get turned around and should be a trivial feature if the north points are marked in all the photos. What are the thoughts of other tour creators?

Website Feedback
Not sure if this is allowed (hopefully it is!). I'm teaching myself how to develop my own wordpress site to sell virtual tours as I get started in this industry. This is what I have so far and I'd love as much feedback as possible from industry experts like you all! I also put my first attempt at a tour hosted by cloudpano with the white label active on a sample virtual tour page. Please be as critical as possible, since I can't rely on customers to do that.

@John Igras Haha I'm not sure I understand how that relates
Services included with subscriptions
For those of you selling tours with a subscription, what do you include under "Hosting and maintenance"? How frequently are you actually performing work on your hosted tours?

@Douglas Lufkin I have not sold a subscription yet, I was asking to see what I should offer. What prices do you charge monthly? I was thinking it would only make sense to offer free reshoots if the scope is small or the monthly fee is high enough to cover the additional work. I think I may be leaning towards a cheaper monthly fee (to make sales easier) and then a fee per re-shot image? What has been your experience with your strategy? Do people often request updates?
Welcoming feedback
Hi all. Thought I'd share my first commission as I would welcome the feed back. https://app.cloudpano.com/tours/cR3sM165Y

I think that if you have a button that says "Click here to step inside" the users will expect that clicking there will enter the business, but you have it set to just go closer to the building instead. I think the shots (especially outside) could be cleaned up a bit in postprocessing. Are you taking exposure brackets? When looking at the glasses close to the window the image is blown out to where I can't tell what colors the glasses are, which would make it difficult to shop. I like the "Book an appointment" button but it's only visible on that one scene, maybe it could be converted to a button below the contact information, or linked to from other places?
360 camera
I'm finding that I've quickly found the limits of what the insta360 x3 camera can achieve in low light. Does anyone have any experience with the insta360 RS one inch? Does the larger sensor cure the noise?

I'm also looking into the insta360 RS 1" and it's on Black Friday sale on their website now. From what I can tell by the specifications, it seems it would be superior to the x3, but I have no personal experience. I'll probably pick one up this year :0
