My name is Anita Klink, I am from Germany and I have a degree in Computer Engineering. I have been working as a consultant at Serviceware for over 20 years (now as a senior, of course) and specialise in aligning planning with Serviceware Performance precisely to customer requirements. In the current project, I'm also taking care of a new topic, which is a real challenge. When I'm not spending all my free time on the Skool KI Club, I enjoy being outdoors and going for walks, I also attend a lot of NLP Zoom seminars (I have the Practitioner). I would love to do a lot more, but unfortunately, as we all know, there are only 24 hours in a day.
