Possible Topic - Accepting Help
@Manuel Martinez I think you need to cover the topic of "Accepting Help" when you have a moment. Many people struggle with being loners or just too dependent (the opposite extremes). I think this would be an interesting subject to cover

Perspective Shifts
I think one of my most powerful mindset shifts I had in the last 2 years was simply, being directionally right is right. It's not about being perfect, it's about moving in the right direction. If you do that long enough then success is just a matter of time. I have a few examples but an easy one to understand is diet. I eat 80% protein, 10% carbs, 10% veggies/fruit, almost 0% sugar. If I end up eating some cookies my daughter baked or I have some McDonald's my wife brings home I'm not a failure. It's just a pivot and I know that if I just keep my diet and exercise in mind and limit those pivots from the right direction then I'm on the right path. Directionally right!

Essentially, avoid going off the deep end.
What are your weekly goals?
Good morning everybody! What are your goals this week? They can be personal, professional, and anything in between. It can be as simple as not snoozing your alarm in the morning, getting out of bed no later than 10 minutes after you wake up, or even hitting the gym 3 times and running 3 times this week. P.S. those are just a few of my small weekly goals. Small wins become big habits, it can be really hard to take a step back and objectively view your current self. Doesn't mad if your a "good", "bad", "lazy", or whatever other label you have had placed on your kind of person. Small improvement 1 day at a time. So what are your goals????

Personal: spend a bit more quality time with the kids and husband. Professional: Reach my quota for the month. In between: make house repairs.

This is a trick question. I wouldn't say one is most important since they all need to be in tandem.
