Hi @Jawaan Gibbs, I love the idea of you working to become a better person holistically! Everyone loves a good comeback story, and your journey is definitely one that people will connect with. Here are a few suggestions to help you take things to the next level: - Update Your Profile Picture: I recommend using a picture that shows your face so people can relate to you more personally. It helps build that connection with your audience. - Upload Weekly & Create Playlists: Try uploading weekly so people can follow along with your journey more consistently. You could even create playlists for each area you’re leveling up in—whether it’s fitness, mental health, finances, etc. - Content Idea: A cool idea for content could be to stay consistent with something and then do a review on it. For example: “I walked 10k steps a day for 90 days—here’s my progress” or “I read 50 finance books so you don’t have to—here’s what I learned.” People love seeing real results and hearing your takeaways. - Expand on Your Best-Performing Content: I noticed your semen retention video is your top performer. It might be a great idea to create another video on this topic—maybe one where you talk about before/after, give tips for men who want to try it, or explain how it did (or didn’t) change your life. - Focus on One Area at First: I recommend choosing your #1 area for improvement and making videos solely about that journey for now. This will help you build an audience of people who are also looking to improve in that specific area, making it easier to connect with them. I hope these tips help! Hi @Joyce Dugger , Great job staying consistent with your uploads! Consistency is so important, and you’re definitely on the right track. Here are a few suggestions to help you improve even more: - Film Horizontally for YouTube: For YouTube, I recommend filming horizontally instead of vertically. It will make your videos look more professional and fit better on the platform. - Update Your Profile Picture: I suggest using a clear photo of yourself for your profile picture. The current one is a bit hard to read, especially because the words are cut off. A clean, simple image of you will help viewers connect with you more easily. - Define Your Audience: It’s important to get clear on who exactly you want to help, how you will attract them, and why. Once you have that clarity, you can create videos that meet their specific needs. I recommend taking some time to go through my Audience Avatar Worksheet to help with this: Audience Avatar Worksheet I hope these tips help! Hi @Kay Joy - HEALTH-MINDSET , You’re such a natural on camera! Your brand colors are beautiful, and I love how you use bitmoji—it’s a fun and recognizable way to connect with your audience. Here are a few suggestions to help you take things even further: - Add More Contrast in Thumbnails: While your pastel colors are lovely, I’d suggest adding some contrast to your thumbnails to make specific elements pop. For instance, using bolder colors for the text will make it easier for viewers to read and catch their attention. - Profile Picture & Banner: I recommend using a profile picture that shows your face. The current one is a bit difficult to see, especially on mobile. Similarly, your banner could be clearer—it’s a little hard to read as it is now. - Research Trending Topics: Doing in-depth research on trending topics can really boost your channel. For example, I have a friend who’s a doctor, and while she always made medical videos, her channel blew up once she started making videos about the ketogenic diet, which was trending at the time. What topics interest you? Let’s check if any of them are trending! - Tailor Your Titles to Specific Needs: When titling your videos, focus on addressing specific needs. For instance, instead of “Don’t Make These Boundary Mistakes,” you could say something like “3 Ways to Deal with a Narcissistic Friend.” Often, people don’t realize they have boundary issues, but they do know they’re struggling with a difficult friend, so a title like that will draw them in. I hope these tips help! If you’re looking for more detailed guidance to grow your channel, I’d love for you to join Attract Your Tribe Academy. Introduction
Hi, my name is Felicia Howard. My YT channel it In the mirror with Felicia and Jalicia. We started our channel on YT in February. The channel is a mother-daughter duo focusing on our journey to generational wellness - nurturing health, wealth and happiness. We have not determined our niche. I would greatly appreciate some feedback to increase our views, subscribers and message. Lately I’ve been focusing on shorts to maintain some consistency. Link below: https://youtube.com/@feliciaandjalicia?si=pXIpUfbsXS6_Lepo Also, Thank you for all the great information you provided on Wednesday.

Hi @Felicia Howard First off, I love that you’ve been so consistent with uploading Shorts! Also, having a joint YouTube channel is such a fun and unique idea—what a great way to share something special together! Here are a few suggestions to help you improve even more: - Profile Picture: I’d recommend changing your profile picture to a clear image with just your faces, no text overlay. This will help viewers recognize and connect with you both more easily. - Lighting Tip: When recording videos, make sure the light is behind the camera, shining on your faces. Avoid having the light (like an open window) behind you, as that can make the video blurry and difficult to watch. - Identify Your Audience: I recommend filling out my “Audience Avatar & Pain Points” Workbook. This will help you identify your ideal audience and figure out what types of videos they’d like to see. You can find it here: Audience Avatar & Pain Points Workbook - Leverage Your Unique Perspective: The beauty of having a mother-daughter duo is that you offer perspectives from two different generations. I imagine viewers who didn’t grow up with a mother or older sister would love to watch your channel. Think about topics only a mother can teach, like dating, beauty, health, or money management. Try creating videos on different topics, and after about 20 uploads, review your data to see which ones perform best. I hope these suggestions help! If you’d like more step-by-step guidance to grow your channel, I’d love for you to join Attract Your Tribe Academy. Hi @Larry Caesar, Your face-less channel concept is dope! It’s such a creative approach, and I love seeing how you’re making it work. Here are a few suggestions to help you take it even further: - Lean Into Your Strengths: Your top-performing content is the kids' songs! Why not keep building on that? You could become the go-to channel for parents looking for content to entertain and educate their kids. - Nail Down Your Branding: Right now, I’m not seeing consistent branding, and it’s a little unclear if the channel is about music, bears, dogs, parenting, or even prescription meds. I’d recommend choosing one specific health niche or theme to focus on and provide value to. This will help attract a dedicated audience. - Add Captions and Brand-Consistent Clips: Make sure all of your videos have captions and that the clips you’re using align with your brand. There are similar channels out there with thumbnails and videos that match their brand look, tone, and feel—so this is definitely something to consider. - Clear Titles: Your video titles should tell people what value they’re going to get from watching. For example, I’m not sure what I’ll get from some of your current titles, so adding that clarity will help draw viewers in. I hope these tips help! If you want more detailed guidance to grow your channel, I’d love for you to join Attract Your Tribe Academy.
