I've been a bit stuck in analysis paralysis lately, trying to do too many things at the same time. I was wondering what everybody is up to.

We have about 100 people. About 10 people asked for the course. About zero people went through the whole course. I'm switching to plan B and version v3.2 of the worksheet I have. When I finish rebuilding things, I'll publish the updated course. If you copied the worksheet and are using it, keep going it still works great. I use it with clients almost daily. I just need a workshop that people are willing to do on their own - a workshop that has as little friction as possible (which the course that I published didn't have). So that's why I took it down for now.

Do you guys like speaking to a live audience? I was talking with Nivas from Skool support on a live chat, and while discussing GDPR (I did a lot of GDPR compliancy video for MailerLite) I found this presentation I gave 6 years ago.
