It might take you to analyze 200 properties before you find one that works with your numbers. But in reality all you need is one offer accepted to get your first or next rental property. Hey Everyone - after today I will be limiting 1 on 1 calls to one slot per day. I am only one person and was trying to take as many calls I can, but I am not designed to be on calls all day, I don't feel well afterwards, I hope to in the future open up more slots but for now I have to do this to minimize negative effect on me.
