I am Rajashree Rao, a Corporate veteran who transformed into a purpose-driven social entrepreneur and philanthropist. I have left an indelible mark over my 21 years in the industry, having worked with giants such as IBM, Intel, SAP, and Rolls Royce. My career began in 2001 at Standard Chartered Bank, where I grew to lead the entire sales team within three months. In my 14 years at IBM, I evolved from a Program Manager to a multifaceted leader, influencing technology adoption with key clients. I was known as the 'Problem Solver,' 'Trusted Business Partner,' and for making the impossible possible. My success extended to Intel, where I spearheaded the Smart Nation Initiatives for the Singapore Government & Public-Sector, earning the 'Wonder Woman' title for driving growth and transformation. As a Director and Principal Consultant at SAP, I managed the Retail Conglomerates for SEA. At Rolls Royce, I served as the Vice President of the AI Innovation Hub for APAC, championing Sustainable and Open Innovation. I developed futuristic strategies - the 'Partnership Innovation Model' and the 'Hybrid Model' of Innovation Hub or CoE, earning recognition as a radical woman leader integrating Digital First Culture. In 2009, my journey took a profound turn when I crossed paths with my Enlightened Master, KrsnaG. This spiritual awakening fueled a commitment to a rigorous training path, leading to a personal transformation that inspired me to distil ancient wisdom for modern living. This led to the creation of the flagship program, "Mythistical Way of Life," - a legendary path towards greatness and success. Driven by a mission to help the world, I founded Mythistical Foundation, an NPO, and Techutzpah Consulting Private Ltd, a social enterprise, to bring technology to the grassroots. Through the Mythistical Way of Life program, I have mentored and coached thousands, addressing issues connected to the 8 aspects of human existence, from the Physical and Mental to the Spiritual.
