I was wondering if it would be possible to have the the powerpoints, the homeworks, the resolved solutions, project details etc. If not the PowerPoints at least the homework and projects details. There just seems to be such a big gap between the videos. the old setup we had on circle for each course was quite good & thorough.

There's a huge job market for Data analysts right now. Its also very transferable. You can get into business analysis using the same technologies (and the same salaries).
