Software or Tools

As a stater, what are the best tools would you recommend to starting with. I am struggling with getting consistent booking and find to figure the right channel manager to be using. Plus, the best strategy to deploy especially when Airbnb bookings are slow.

@Scott Glass Thanks Scott! I only have two units on airbnb. Using Airbnb just to generally manage things. Just uploaded to VRBO to see if I may get some more visibility. But yeah, having a generalized channel managers is ideal. @Scott Glass Looking forward to having you analyze my booking and providing that invaluable feedback on how to optimize. I am using the Pricelab software to make dynamic pricing decisions. Not in a 911 at the moment as I was able to secure a 23days Airbnb booking for June. I feel like my pricing configuration is not optimal and I am definitely leaving money on the table. Can't wait to unlock that sweet spot to start that successful journey. Thanks again
