@Maria Elena M I use Dr Bob's stress reset protocol products and do a lot of breathing. I also do a process called holographic deletion techinique which feels into the the emotions and helps them release so that my true self can flow through. It has been quite a process but I was living in chronic fight or flight and burned out so many times- so I had to learn a new way.

@Abigail Morgan thank you for this! When you started talking about the practical steps of implementing the new ways of being as a high ticket program coach- I shut down from head to toe- I did the deep breathing exercise and feel calm- but don’t know if this is the inner possy not allowing me to figure out messaging- the solution I solve and the client I serve with my super power- or if I am not meant to do a group high ticket program- how do I tell? Figuring out messaging actually feels impossible, lol.

I have been really letting things flow more and shifting out of neg vibes even though the human self wants to throw in the towel- I am still standing! I do my gratitude and vibe shifts daily and keep showing up as best I can.

consistent $20K months and some passion back- everything feels blah in my functional medicine practice. My renew health business is great- love it- would love to manifest 10 new clients per week in that business!
