This month not too many, cuz I've challenged myself to do all fruit and I've been staying pretty consistent with it; however I usually fruit up till 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. and then have a salad or cooked veggies or some type of wrap in the evening... sometimes if I stay up too late this is where I start getting cravings and eat some bullshit popcorn or crackers ππ
