1. Morning Power Hour - No phone for first 60 mins - Salt water and sunlight first thing - Delay coffee 1.5hrs after waking - Quick workout or walk - Review top 3 priorities 2. Deep Work Blocks - 90-minute focused sessions - Zero notifications - One task at a time - Break between blocks 3, Energy Management - Peak hours = morning (for me) - Important work during peak time - Take real breaks - Protect your sleep 4. Digital Minimalism - 90% notifications off - Email twice daily - Batch similar tasks - Clean workspace = clear mind - Weekly Planning 5.
