Is IB worth it?

Has anyone ever done IB or know about, because in my high school they offer both AP and IB. I don't know if I should do IB or not but currently I am planning to do both. So I want to know if doing IB worth it or if sticking to AP is good enough.

Research & Science Fair

Hi everyone I am having a problem

I have been working on a research for maybe a little bit than a year and I suddenly discovered that it has been written before , I do not know how I did not notice that before but, it is what it is what should I do?

Depending on what your researching, you could try to extend on what was already written by that person. For example if you were researching about scanning a brain for a disease and that was already made try to make it complete the scan faster or where it is more accurate and gives more data. But it really depends on the project.
