A restaurant mentioned another SMS company could look through their POS and phone provider to get a list of contacts of people who have called in the past. Is this possible? Can't imagine there would be names associated w phone calls + would work as well without personalization
For those of you doing SWAS, do you recommend setting up two companies, one for the software and one for the services or just keep everything under one company?
Can anyone help? My brand was verified, the number is linked to the A2P campaign and the messages still wont send... it's been 2 days since verification for context.
