Thursday Mobility ✅
Lengthening and mobility is just as important in preventing injury as strengthening the muscles in your posterior chain! Spend 20 minutes this morning getting it done 🙏🏼

My Back Pain Story
As per Pedro's request, here's why I joined the group. I started developing lower back pain due to training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and working in an Amazon warehouse. Thankfully, epsom salt soaks and an acupressure mat have helped heal me without the need for a chiropractor. I'm here to share my knowledge with the rest of you guys and gain some more in the process.
