UPDATE ON THE 30 days challenge
It took me and my partner 5x 8 hours day to come up with 30 one minute clips for instagram. From ideation to publishing including editing. It was massive. We want this to be auxiliary to youtube. We will run this through November and now i gotta think about how I'm gonna sell the masterclass and the community. Not sure if "done with you" with weekly zoom live calls or just a online digital course. But the challenge is up. if anyone wants to check it out, I’ve pasted the link for the first video here. Feedback is also welcome. Ps: the masterclass course looks insanely beautiful and very well put together. The book is almost printed! Oh the Lord is good! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DB3PwKgv5Px/?igsh=MWp5bzNta3gza3g1dw==

@Lily Sosa I appreciate the comment so much. Thank you.
Help with pricing
This is the last round of adjustments. Please let me know what you think. The offers: 1. Course + live zoom calls, start and end within 30 days. Content: 15 lessons around 10-15min, high value, high quality. I would do this push 4x per year. Valued at around $1500-2000. 2. Community subscription: includes the course + library of videos recorded + new exclusive videos monthly + 1 monthly call every month for q&a + my book + exclusive discounts on everything coming next. Priced at $60-90 per month. No contracts. The question: given the fact I’m very bias towards subscriptions, my desire to create stability and predictability and also the chance to create a community who love not only the exclusive content but the mission of helping people find purpose, what do you think is the best choice above and would you say anything about the price? Is it good? Too much, too little? Please comment freely so I can build a benchmark based on your honest opinion. Thank you so much

@Mitchell Vine Great question bro. Thanks for that. My target audience is split into two categories: First, students initiating their university degree, while they still have time to evaluate their choices before commiting to a carreer. Secondly, young professionals 5-10 years into their carreer who are unsatisfied with their job. In both categories, the pain point is: I lack purpose in my life. About their wants and needs: This is the education trail I have to take them on. MOst people don't know they lack purpose until it becomes a bit too late. I know that for a fact, first and foremost, annecdotaly as I have navigated this space for 2 decades, but seriously, for the last 7-8 when it became a carreer. But also through research. I can give you a few names of renowned and not so renowned people in the industry: - Arthur Brook: Harvard professor and author talks about this a lot. - Scott Galloway talks directly about happiness but teaches the same subjects. - Jonathan Haidt, probably the most famous scholar of our times is lately speaking about the younger generation and psychological consequences of social media, a common thread in his material is a lack of Purpose. - Dan Buetnner with the blue Zone material, discovering that for all people living happier and longer than normal, purpose is one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle. - Bronnie Ware and her book: The top 5 regrets od the dying, Purpose, or lack of thereof, being the number 1. Than we have the more shallow but still valid claim from personal development gurus such as Tony Robins, Jay Shetty, even joe Rogan (can't believe I'm quoting him for this but...), claiming the same thing: Purpose is pretty big. There has also been a resurgence around the topic with the term IKIGAI leading the way. So from HArvard to tik tok, it's out there, but most people wouldn't label it unless they're told to do so. What am I offering them: A life lived to the full, happy, no regrets, every day. Basically the solution to the problem they have and are unaware of it.

High Value Post
Hey guys. I've been studying this game more in depth and reshaping a few things I had wrong. I'm getting some subscribers to my community coming from off line events and workshops, which is great, I'm getting $$$ from live events and a constant stream of income from subscriptions to continue to do what I love and still send a good message to the digital world. I've recently followed an instagram account called: personalbrandlaunch. A 19 year old girl who made it to the 7-8 figure with instagram. She gives all of her content for free. She is a DFY business so she gives it to hook high ticket clients through showing results. I've learnet a few things and came up with this strategy: I will give a lot for free on instagram in November. 30 days, 30 clips of 1 minute with 70-80% of what I teach in my workshops in one minute bites. I'm really excited for it. The beauty of all this is that I combined this strategy with manychat and I had a month of content but really only worked for 5 days in total if you add all of that up. Here is the strategy I used: 1. Chat GPT: I asked this:“I would like you to search for me, the specialists that are viral and trendy in the niches of self-development and life purpose. And once you've done that, I would like you to tell me who they are, what they post about, what are their main titles, hooks, and give me a calendar for 30 days to create growth in my own social media accounts, particularly Instagram, talking about the same things.” --------- After the answer I added this: Now change the calendar for posting into just Rios don’t give me any carousel or any stories. Make sure that strategy is for Instagram growth and give me a spreadsheet with titles hooks and ideas for 30 days worth of content on Instagram about personal growth finding your purpose and getting happier in life. ---------------------- That's when I had a spreadsheet done for me so I refined it with this: If you analyze profiles, such as Tony Robbins, Jay Shetty, Marie Forleo, Arthur Brooks, please give me the top 10 ideas based on their content on YouTube and Instagram related to the topics of finding your purpose, getting happier and performing at your best. Once you’ve done that please write a calendar for 30 days on a spreadsheet with the column of title hook and topic. That was maybe 20 minutes. 2. Once that was done the real work started. I went into the spreadsheet and wrote every script by reformulating the robotic format and making it feel more like me. I made sure I used good hooks and plenty of key words. That took me about 5 hours all together taking turns between work days... 3. I then scheduled a filming day, starting at 4am to get the sun rise and a bunch of content related to the morning and we will film for 12 hours. So in total so far, we're talking about 16 hours average. 4. The editing part! That's tough. but we film witht he editing in mind, so all shots are kinda pre-cut. But still, we will proabbly spend other 3-4 hours to edit the whole thing out. 5. Finally, once all editing is done, i could post manually on instagram, but I want automation. So I use Ops for scheduling and making sure the captions are nice and I use repurpose.io to repost everything to other social media channels. So it will go from Instagram to tik tok. I will take about 4 hours to schedule the whole thing. 6. The last part is this: After all the schedule is done, I will go back to chat gpt and get all the book sumaries I've produced, copy and paste into a canva template for a nice PDF (maybe 4 hours more) and havbe them all linked to my many chat automations. That will guarantee the value I'm giving with the posts with no extra work.

Experimenting with live vertical on YouTube
Been playing with this tool and the interaction is really interesting. It’s a rollercoaster but I think consistency could help a lot here. This was a non planned live during lunch. Very cool. Are these views quality? Probably not? Is retention great? Absolutely not. But I’m looking at presence online and conversion and I’m sure there were at least two leads captured.

@Ed Oyama I guess all players are trying to be a little bit like each other
Anyone do part time content creation with full time effort?
Anyone here work a 9-5 alongside creating content? I feel like I’m handcuffed when it comes to creating content so I want to hear ideas on how you all show up keeping in mind quality and delivery of your content. I feel like some of my content is rushed because I’m always on a tight schedule with coaching, content, etc.

I would recommend everyone here two things: 1. Do batch recording and put a lot out there. I mean a lot. I had a YouTube channel for 10 years sitting there with no intentionality and had I known this before I’m pretty sure my outcome today could have been different. No retreats, just facts. 2. Once you feel you’ve done a lot, at least 100 videos you would at least not freak out while watching, then stop recording. Take a break! Delete, evaluate, refine, get clarity on your mission, your goal, your audience, your style and then do 1-2 videos a month. Bonus tip: focus on creating a business and not just a channel. Your channel is just that, a channel. Me and a friend are starting a hub to help other creators kickstart their own thing. It’s gonna be pretty cool. There will be at least 7 different programs there, all very affordable and packed with content. If you’re interested, DM me and I can give you more details (I don’t wanna spam anyone here out of respect for the community).
