Hello everyone! I’m glad to be part of this barrier breaking community, I can’t wait for the opportunity to meet and greet some or even all of you physically 😊 thanks for having me here. My appreciation goes to the Angel that birth this platform 🙏 so after reading all the welcome messages on the platform I felt the need to come and rewrite my introduction 🙈😂. I’m Chef Bola aka Olobe of Dallas Texas. I am an alumni 🧑‍🎓 of Kwara State Polytechnic and Collin College USA. I’m an award 🥇 winning chef in the USA 🇺🇸, I express love to people around me through my cooking 🧑‍🍳 I’m so passionate about the smiles on the faces of a well fed human being. This truncate me into the journey of catering for over two decades now. I later step it up by opening a restaurant in Texas, now I’m in the process of looking inward on how to give back to my community in Nigeria 🇳🇬 which I called my japada season 😂 presently I’m in Nigeria with an open mindset for diversification.
