Meet our team! Indigo is a practitioner who specializes in all things Ehlers Danlos and chronic pain. She has Ehlers Danlos her self and has been on her own health journey which lead her to holistic healing. She is an expert in her area and uses many different tools such as Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Applied Kinesiology , and different massage techniques to tailor make each appointment to suit the clients needs. They create a safe and nurturing space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported on their healing journey.
