how to hire a VA outreacher
I want to know how to and where to hire outreachers,i started 1month ago so still dont have clients if anyone knows just comment for this post.offer is pay per close

Why would you hire "outreachers" if you haven't got clients yet? I imagine the only people who would be comfortable working on pay per close are setters working in agencies where there's proof of concept, a solid offer, a closer with sales experience since the setter's know they're gonna get compensated properly. What I'd do is just figure out why I wasn't able to get clients thru data, propose a hypothesis, test, take relentless action, and look at the feedback

I NEED A POWERFULL SCRIPT!
I have outreached 1000+ People in a month but still did'nt get a client i dont know what's the problem is but i think my script was wrong. if you want to suggest any script you can!!

don't focus on scripts, focus on fundamentals and things that don't change. So psychology and human behaviour to name a few. Constantly test things out until you find what sticks. 300 is a good testing size for dms. What were your metrics looking like after those 1000 dms?

Also to add on, the fact that you don't know what the problem is, is the problem. Make sure you track your numbers so you know what you're bottlenecked by.
