Introduction
Hi everyone, my name is Noel. I live in the west of Ireland. I currently work in logistics. In my spare time, I am taking a course in Exercise Physiology. I started writing on Substack recently also. Yeah Substack is great. It seems to be growing in popularity as well which is good. Fitness and nutrition is something that I like researching and writing about. Iām hoping the course will help me learn more about it and be better able educate more people as well. You will fit right in around here with the name Sullivan!
