I mainly play volleyball and also go to the gym regularly. My goal in the gym is to be able to jump higher and improve my physique. I am currently struggling with patellar tendonitis due to overtraining. My goal is to improve my jump height, reduce knee pain and maintain or improve my physique. Because of my background in sports science, I have been tasked with creating and implementing a jump and general fitness training program for my volleyball team. I hope to learn something useful for this as well.
