Feedback on my personal finance platform!
Hi everyone, I hope you are well! I would love to hear your feedback on my fintech: https://upworth.com.au/ It is a personal finance platform and the 4 killer benefits people get there are: 1)Track My Wealth Have a live 360 view of your personal finances and track your performance automatically (Hundreds of millions already tracked) 2)Manage My Budget Easily analyze and manage your cash flows across banks and accounts, set goals and track achievement ($1000s saved for new goals) 3)Pay Less on My Mortgage(s) Never pay too much on your mortgage(s) anymore. Be alerted whenever a better deal comes up and easily refinance inside Upworth (~$20,000 lifetime savings / loan) 4)Earn More on My Savings Account(s) Always make sure you earn the highest interest rate possible and receive precious alerts (e.g., end-of-introductory rate) (2 percentage points average rate improvement) What feature is of most use to you? What is your experience of the onboarding and starting to use the product? Thanks, hope you find some value in it, in a way or another :) Cheers, Max

Hi Max, I love fintech and will definitely check out Upworth! The "Pay Less on My Mortgage" feature would definitely be the one I'd gravitate towards. One feature I've always hoped to see in financial management apps is an automated treasury function. Given that the app already knows my bank accounts, upcoming payments, mortgages, etc., it would be fantastic if it could use APIs to automatically sweep money into my offset, credit card, or savings account, optimising interest accordingly. Is something like this on the radar for a future release?
How to convert intro calls to paid clients?
So @Suraj Vaghjiani asked me recently to share a business challenge I faced this week. I am a communication and public speaking coach helping non native English speaking professionals. So I have been posting heaps of video content in my niche on LinkedIn which is blowing up and I have started to get more followers. So to capitalize on the incoming traffic to my profile, I have added a 30 free intro call in my profile. Last week I did 3 such intro calls where I asked people about their current needs and challenges and explained to them about my 1:1 coaching services. While all the 3 people seemed really keen on the intro call, I wasn't able to convert them into ongoing paid private coaching lessons. Does anyone else has a coaching business, I'd love to know what are the ways you convert first free call into paid clients.

@Shiv Bhardwaj Two things I find most impactful in early sales conversations are: (A) Deliver Immediate Value: Share a "teaser" insight they can act on straight away. For example, in my business, we provide a suburb hotspot or a unique off-market property deal to give potential clients a flavour of the opportunities we source. (B)Create Urgency: Highlight something exclusive and time-sensitive. Our off-market deals, for instance, aren’t publicly available and are usually snapped up within a week. This scarcity encourages quick decisions. 🚀
Hi ✌🏼 Nikhil here.
I’m Nikhil, currently living in Sydney, but I originally hail from India. By profession, I'm an accountant and a stockbroker turned property advisor and developer, leading the way at Handle Properties. We specialise in uncovering hidden gem locations for property investment that are set for explosive growth. Whether you have a modest deposit or are looking to broaden your investment horizons for a robust retirement plan, I'm here to guide you. You can discover more about these opportunities by booking a discovery call with us at www.handle.properties. This year, my major objective is to successfully complete a development project comprising a row of townhouses in Central Coast, NSW. It's an ambitious goal, but one that excites me greatly! I'm eager to connect with like-minded individuals here and share knowledge that could help others achieve new levels of financial security through smart property investments. Looking forward to engaging with the community and supporting each other in our respective journeys! 🚀🏠
