I just finished the sleep hack course! It was so informative and so many great ideas to have a restful sleep! 😴 One of the lessons on darkness, noise, lighting in your bedroom really resonated with me. I live in the country, so quiet & dark are my must have. Last year I took my clock radio off my night stand, never bring my phone to my room, and have every little tiny light covered. My husband thinks I’m being over sensitive, but all that stuff really bothered me. With my adjustments I know I sleep much better. I also sleep with ear plugs every night as the snoring noise is unbearable haha 😂 Have you ever heard that certain smells bother your sleep pattern? Asking for a friend…..
