I am curious: What do you folks use for building? What programming language? What framework (if you use one)? Where do you deploy? What's great and what is still too painful?

@Torsten Curdt Kotlin is a great language. It was designed to be a replacement for Java. It's more productive, functional, object-oriented and concise than Java. There are many devs using it on backend, desktop and other platforms.

@Torsten Curdt Yes... it became popular with Google's adoption in Android but Kotlin exists from 2011 and wasn't designed specifically for Android development.

Hi all! I'm Nicolas Bottarini from Argentina. I'm a software crafter and mentor with more than 20 years of experience building software for many platforms, industries, architectures and programming languages. I have my own development services agency and build a ton of products for our customers. I also have a lot of experience teaching and mentoring others. I specialize in technical practices (XP: TDD, pair/mob, CI/CD, continuous refactoring) and technical excellence to build high quality products with agility. I also created and maintain several open source projects. I did (and I'm always doing) a lot of side projects and products for myself and read a lot about Indie Hacking but I never took the leap. I want to finally start my solopreneur journey this year. You can connect with me on Twitter, Github and Linkedin. I'm very excited to be part of this community!

@Xavier Coiffard Great Video 😀! Thanks for taking the time and share real use cases! I'll definitely try it!
Airtable Interfaces can be shared publicly
I don't know if you're like me, but I'm in love with Airtable. I use it for a variety of tasks across several products, including databases, forms, and automations. The only feature I didn't like was the Interfaces, mainly because you couldn't share them publicly (and also because they're ugly 😊). They fixed the biggest issue, and now you can share your data super easily. I can't wait for the nice-looking templates now!
