I joined The New Rich for first but do not attend so much and discover some community here. Only after join HTC - a Community created by @Tran Manh Duc , @Thao Tran and many more .... , I find something touch to myself. So, I work a lot each day to post some article, comment on other and like for interesting things , wellcome to new friends. Thanks for the creation and development of Skool. Hi everyone, I'm from Vietnam, I knew Skool through group High Ticket Community of @Tran Manh Duc , Althought I joined Skool from March but I only active from June becoz before I didn't know well about Skool and quite shy when post something on Social. When I decided to start to open my own community "Be my guest "for hospitality industry but I felt so hard when make the community more Interesting then after 2 months, I decided to stop it and will learn how to build Community first. Luckily that I got a lot of support of my Mentor @Tran Manh Duc , he guided me how to become a Super conecting person and he also guide me how to develop community through Group Strategy and it's really effective. And it made more Clearly when @Andrew Kirby shared to us yesterday Then I want to share something here and hope that will get more Idea for my Community in the Future. Step 1: I join to the community which I think it help me to improve create content like: The New Rich & 20M Marrketers Step 2: I Attract all member by sharing information about the rules of skool, give theem the tool like Notion, guide them how to work the others... Step 3: Hard Worrking to post more and get the audiences 's actractive , interact wwith them Step 4: Get high possition in Leaderboard then the new people will follow me. And the result I can see that I become the most Important accept admin and I also have more Follower from that. I work in Hospitality industry for 18 years in consultant, trainning and set up, Now I want to create a Skool Community with name "Be My Guest" for people who work in the hotel or restaurant. My Purrposse is: Want to support theem to help better career path or help some one who want to have their own bussiness. but my side still feel my community not actractive enough to bring them in.
