This is a community built on connection and sharing. To get the most out of your experience, I highly encourage you to find an accountability group. To join a group, simply leave a post and reach out to other members in the "Accountability Groups" tab. Aim for a group of 3 people. Include your location in the world and time zone to make communication easier. Once you've found your group, please delete your post so other members do not message you. The group will meet twice over the 21-day challenge to connect and share their experiences. There will also be a 30 day meditation challenge at the end of the training and this will give you and group a chance to really integrate the practice. The meditation, kriyas, and pranayamas are specifically designed for deep healing, clearing, and expansion. Sharing your journey with your group will help you gain a profound understanding of how these tools work to create significant shifts for you and the community.
