Is anyone using this plug-in? Recommendations? I need new sounds 😭😅

I’m a 18 year old producer and artist and I recently got recognized by Cory Gunz and his manager who runs his own production company. His manager wants me to sign a pub deal with him for 1-2 years, he says he can get my beats placed and he has big connects and he connects with lil Wayne sometimes, my position is I don’t have any connects myself except for these guys and I just would like to hear any advice from anyone that is experienced and knows what I should be looking for in the contract that would make me not want to sign.

what is your guys' favorite VSTs to use, instruments or effects, or one of each. I'd like to expand my plugins and replace ones i dont use much anymore with better ones.

Whats good yall, my name is Nathan, i go by Wanderr. Im a self taught producer originally from Northern California, but started my musical journey in Cincinnati Ohio about 4 years ago. Since then, i feel as though i have progressed quite a significant amount, but i would like to step it up a notch and be able to transition what i hear in my head into my DAW (i use the Signature Edition of FL Studio 24). I also dont have people outside of my household that i can physically share with because the "friends" i have dont understand the drive and passion so it gets discouraging at times. Want to feel as though im part of something bigger. Always willing to learn, share what i know, collab, and anything creative really, just get at me.
