Do that consistently for 7 Days. If your weight stays the same or goes down, add more calories on daily and keep doing that every week until you see progress. Gotta be consistent so you know what its gonna take. No way around it. You have to figure out what your metabolism peaks at with food intake so you can put on weight. Train hard and Sleep 6-8 Hours a night as well🤝🏼
