Went to the grocery store tonight and purchased single ingredient foods for dinner, but holy shit there were so many temptations! Quitting “cold turkey” has worked for me in this past so I know I can do this, but if anyone here feels like “cheating” or cutting themselves “slack” in FoodMart…bruh don’t do it 😂 When I quit drinking and smoking, it was simple to remove myself from the environments where those habits were present. At the deli tho?? Constantly surrounded. I’m so excited for this diet to help my Chron’s so whatever your motivation is DON’T LOSE SIGHT 🏆
