@Jason Kim absolutely it is. It's quite good. Again, for super complex use cases other solutions are better but for most use cases it works quite well for incoming calls.

@Jack Goddard you can trigger an SMS and / or workflow that books appointments conversationally or through a sent link but not through the voice Ai right now. That is coming soon.
