What is the biggest challenge you're currently facing in staying consistent with your health and lifestyle goals, and how can this community support you in overcoming it?
my biggest challenge is my fractured spine some days I get up I can be fine the next minute in pain it don’t stop me from my mission to heal myself and it’s challenging. I make mistakes I fall down and I get back up not perfect. I need everybody help by supporting me with challenge like this for me to get up and speak. It’s really helpful, and when I say I fall, I don’t fall to meet. I fall to cook food like fried mushrooms. That’s my way to go Food. I need help with that cook food.
