Offer/pitch
For anyone who's booking calls in the local business niche, what are the main problems & solution they want (I think it's getting them more clients) but how do you pitch them about that in a way that works & what type of offer seems to work best for this niche

I think you should try and research it in a simple way: "If you do cold calls then pick the phone, dial and try 10 different pitches." Ask ChatGpt or craft your own 10 pitches, try which one works better, and use that one. In trying and checking it will take only 1 day but it will work. Also find what they need, there is a simple way: "Take $20 and go out for a coffee with one or 3 local business owner and listen to what their problem is. " Don't try to sell your service to him/them. Just listen to them and ask questions as they are your friend. This is the way I think you can find it. Or if you want to target local businesses of other countries than have a meeting with any business owner. Tell them in advance, that I'm researching the market and I'm not here to sell. "I'm not here to sell" line is personal, this is how I got my first client but this is the story of another day. Try the 2 simple ways above and then reach out again.
Finding leads & good contact info
So I'm mainly targeting local businesses from (UK, US, Canada, Aus) and I'm struggling a little with finding the decision maker's emails & phone numbers. Which free tools & platforms work best to find not only their contact info but also these businesses in general. Because I feel like using Google map is fine to fin them but u get numbers & emails that aren't good for outreach How do y'all go about this? Pumped to know!!

Well the quality on Google Maps is bad. I also tried and it didn't work. If your niche has founders than use LinkedIn. And the best email extractor is idk about it but I searched and below is the list. I didn't tried but I know that they will work.
