@Matt Michaels I think it’s both. I’m busy (like everyone) but I use it as an excuse. Like I’ll get home and instead of just taking the time to cook a healthy meal I’ll get take out so I don’t have to worry about it. It’s all about convenience but I hate it. I know I feel better when I’m consistent but I really struggle. It’s like this with work outs, eating well, basically everything. Not sure why I can’t just jump into something and keep it going. I’ve always been impulsive. 😐
