Hello Fellow, Spiritual Coaches! I have been practicing this game changing habit every day and it has increased my vibration and shifted my mindset in such a positive and uplifting way. I record my affirmations and scripting letter on the android Easy Voice Recorder and listen to it in the morning before I start my day and at night before I go to bed. When we envision our future and set goals, they are not actually representative of our TRUE capabilities. We tend to play it small. Can you relate? Do you find yourself playing it small sometimes?
