Hello Tom, I regularly do meditation and cultivating positive thinking to maintain my mental health. And also for maintaining peace of mind I do taking a few moments each day to focus on my breath, express gratitude, or enjoy a quiet walk in nature.

Stress has become part of our daily lives, but that doesnโ€™t mean itโ€™s a healthy habit. It can make you feel sick and unable to face your responsibilities at home and at work. It can affect your mental health and lead to systemic imbalances in the body. We know that stress has been one of the major problem why we cannot achieve healthy lifestyle. Stress can cause adverse effects on both physical and mental health. It can cause Depression. For me we sometimes need some relaxation, we need to breathe, we need to practice gratitude and meditation.

A bid WELCOME everyone, my little tips for having a healthy and active life are just drink plenty of water ( hot water for morning), exercise regularly and sleep at least 6 hours at night. Also practice gratitude and practice positive-talk.

don't use too much gadgets before going to bed, drinking at least one glass of water then I do skincare routine. See I can't live without my skincare.
